A filling lunch at Potbelly Sandwich Shop, Eagan, MN. I had the veggie on multigrain plus mocha malt. Rita had the chicken salad. Amazing -- all over the Upper Midwest and Texas(!) but we never heard of it before.* Thanks, Jeff.
*Reminds me of Eegee's sandwich shops in Arizona. We hadn't heard of them until we began visiting Tucson.
